Virtual Background

This article will guide you on how to select a Virtual Background while using the camera. The complete guide for both Web and Mobile is provided.

What Is Virtual Background? #

Virtual Backgrounds can be used in the Video Calls to hide background clutter e.g. messy rooms. Agent/customer video will be overlayed on top of the virtual background.

Steps For Web #

1. First, click the three dot icon.

2. Click Select background.

3. Select a background and click Apply. You can also add an image in your system as background by clicking the Add background button.

4. Once you turn on Video, you can see the background on the screen.

Steps For Mobile #

1. First, click the three dot icon.

2. Click Select background.

3. Select a background and click Apply. You can also add an image in your device as background by clicking the Add background button.

4. Once you turn on Video, you can see the background on the screen.
