This article will guide you on how an agent can login to the queue to receive calls. And logout once they do not want to receive calls.
Web Login #
Login to the Video Service Desk dashboard as an agent.
Enter your agent username and password to login. Note that agent credentials are different for each agent and are different from the admin credentials. Username and email are different.
New agent licenses can be purchased and new agents can be added from the admin dashboard.
If you have forgotten your username or password, please ask the admin of your organization to reset the password from the admin portal.
You can also use the
Forgot Passwordoption to reset your password). Reset instructions will be sent to the email address mapped to the agent account.
After successful login, you will see the below screen.
Login to the queuebutton to start receiving calls.
Signoutbutton to logout.
App Login #
Download the apps:
Login with agent credentials and select the
Rememberoption so that you do not have to enter credentials each time.
Your email CANNOT be used as the username. Also, the agent credentials and admin credentials are different. If you do not know your credentials, please ask your organization admin to generate it for you.
Admin can reset your password from the admin dashboard. Alternatively, you can use the
Forgot passwordfeature to reset your password.
To logout – Click on the hamburger icon on the top left corner of the app as shown below.
