Reset Password

This article will guide you on how to reset the password for your account. The steps for both Web and Mobile are provided.

Steps For Web #

1. Go to the Video Service Desk dashboard and click on Forgot Password? as shown below.

2. Enter the username and click Submit.

3. You will receive a verification email for resetting password.

Steps For Mobile #

1. First, go to the login page and click Forgot Password?

2. Enter the username and click SEND VERIFICATION LINK.

3. You will receive a password reset link on your registered email.
