This article will guide you on how to reset the password for your account. The steps for both Web and Mobile are provided.
Steps For Web #
Go to the Video Service Desk dashboard and click on
Forgot Password?as shown below.
Enter the username and click
Submit.
You will receive a verification email for resetting password.
Steps For Mobile #
First, go to the login page and click
Forgot Password?
Enter the username and click
SEND VERIFICATION LINK.
You will receive a password reset link on your registered email.
