NanoThread LLP built the Video Service Desk application as a Commercial application. This Service is provided by NanoThread LLP and is intended for use as is.

For the users using our platform and have not shared any personal data with us, we do not collect any personal information and store just the basic usage data through analytics for us to provide a better service.
